Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, as well as ensure compliance with business requirements and industry standards. You'll need to present demonstrations of the developed functionality to the clients. If you are passionate about quality and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of Salesforce solutions.
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and test cases.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability and quality.
- Automate test cases using testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Salesforce Test Automation).
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on the quality and stability of Salesforce applications.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features to ensure testing coverage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform limitations.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Salesforce Test Automation).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in giving client demos on the functionality developed.
