Role Overview
We are hiring experienced Salesforce QA professionals to drive end-to-end testing across multiple Salesforce cloud implementations. The role involves ensuring quality, performance, and reliability across business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end QA activities across Salesforce projects
- Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration & UAT testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement validation
- Track and resolve defects efficiently
- Support automation and manual testing efforts
- Participate in Agile/Scrum and release cycles
Specialized Skills (Any One)
🔹 Marketing Cloud
Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript, Data Extensions
🔹 Consumer Goods Cloud
Domain-specific testing, large-scale workflows, consumer-facing implementations
🔹 Commerce Cloud
B2C/B2B testing, checkout flows, promotions, inventory, payment validation
🔹 Playwright + Salesforce
Playwright automation, UI testing, framework design, regression automation
Requirements
- 3–7 years in QA / Testing
- Strong Salesforce testing experience
- Expertise in at least one cloud domain
- Hands-on with manual + integration testing
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong communication & ownership
Preferred Profile
Candidates with domain-specific QA experience (Marketing, Consumer Goods, Commerce) will be preferred for faster onboarding and better delivery outcomes.
