Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tester with strong experience in Veeva CRM to support global CRM implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Veeva CRM functionality, integrations, data migrations, and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cases.
- Validate Veeva CRM modules including Account Management, Call Reporting, Territory Management, Sample Management, Approved Email, CLM, and MyInsights.
- Perform Salesforce and Veeva CRM testing across web, mobile, and offline environments.
- Validate integrations with Veeva Network, OpenData, SAP/ERP, MDM, and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct data migration and data quality validation activities.
- Track and manage defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Support release testing for Veeva CRM upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, GxP, EU MDR, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of Software Testing/QA experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Veeva CRM testing experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM testing methodologies.
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device domains.
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Veeva CRM/Vault certifications.
- Experience with Veeva Vault CRM migration projects.
- Automation testing experience using Selenium, Provar, or Tosca.
- Experience supporting global CRM rollouts and multi-country deployments.
