Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce Quality Assurance activities across projects
Drive end-to-end testing strategies to ensure delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions
Lead QA/Test Engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations
Create, review, and execute Test Plans and Test Cases
Conduct Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing
Lead Test Automation initiatives and improve testing efficiency
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate acceptance criteria
Ensure user stories meet business and quality expectations
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
