We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce platform testing, automation frameworks, and Agile development environments. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and integrations.
Responsibilities
Define and execute QA strategies, test plans, and testing scenarios for Salesforce implementations.
Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases covering Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Build and enhance test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Provar, or Copado.
Perform functional, regression, UAT, API, and integration testing.
Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Support release management, UAT, and production validation.
Ensure performance, security, and compliance testing.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior QA team members and improve QA processes.
Required Skills
Salesforce Platform
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Experience testing custom objects, triggers, and batch jobs
