Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer (Automation + RPA)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in manual testing, test automation, and robotic process automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and automate business processes using modern QA and RPA tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium / TestNG / Cucumber
- Validate Salesforce configurations including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and APIs
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
- Implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Automate repetitive business processes and QA workflows
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
