Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Architect with strong expertise in automation testing and Salesforce platform architecture. The role will be responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end QA automation strategy, robust test frameworks across Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the Salesforce QA automation architecture, including framework selection, standards, and governance.
- Lead automation testing across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing if applicable).
- Ensure end-to-end test coverage including functional, regression, integration, and UAT support.
- Establish best practices for test data management, environment strategy, and data masking.
- Collaborate with developers, release managers, and business stakeholders to ensure release readiness and quality sign-off.
- Review and optimize test execution performance and reporting dashboards.
- Act as the QA authority for Salesforce releases, providing architectural guidance and risk assessment.
