🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with Copado expertise to design and implement robust automation frameworks for Salesforce applications. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality deployments through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks for Salesforce applications using tools like Selenium
- Build and manage automated testing within Copado (CRT) to validate deployments and integrations
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce implementations
- Validate Salesforce features including Apex, Lightning components, workflows, and integrations
- Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Jenkins, Git)
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality delivery
- Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution using tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test planning and estimation
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce QA Automation
- Hands-on expertise with Copado (Copado Robotic Testing – CRT)
- Proficiency in Selenium / automation frameworks
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
⭐ Desired Skills
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, or similar tools
- Knowledge of SOQL, Apex testing, and Salesforce architecture
- Salesforce / Copado certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in QA Automation with Salesforce focus
