Salesforce QA Automation Engineer
Location: Bangalore (Mahadevpura)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office)
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
About the Role
We are hiring a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. This is a high-priority role , and we are looking for candidates with strong Salesforce testing and automation expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Validate Salesforce functionalities including Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder
- Perform API testing (REST & SOAP)
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams for requirement validation
- Debug issues and ensure high-quality releases
- Write and execute SOQL queries for validation and troubleshooting
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of QA experience
- Minimum 2+ years in Salesforce test automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Data Model, Apex, LWC, Flows)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools:
- Cucumber / Karate / Selenium WebDriver or similar
- Proficiency in at least one language: Java / JavaScript / Python
- Experience in Salesforce API testing (REST & SOAP)
- Familiarity with tools like TestRail, Xray, or similar
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX & Scratch Orgs
- Experience in Performance or Load Testing
- Salesforce Certifications (QA / Platform Developer)
- Ability to read/debug Apex & LWC code
