Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Salesforce QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automation testing on Salesforce applications
- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Conduct functional, regression, and UAT testing
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA
- Work closely with developers, BAs, and stakeholders in a remote setup
- Ensure quality across Salesforce releases and deployments
Required Skills:
- Experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / CPQ)
- Strong understanding of QA processes and STLC
- Hands-on with JIRA or similar tools
- Experience in API testing (Postman / REST / SOAP)
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules
- Basic experience with automation tools (Selenium / Provar / Copado QA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certification (Admin / QA) is a plus
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Good communication skills for remote collaboration
