Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Tester with over 7 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, along with 1–2 years of experience in ETL testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications and integrations, while contributing to test automation strategies and data validation processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce CRM applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Validate end-to-end business processes within Salesforce, including workflows, triggers, and custom objects.
- Conduct API testing and validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Perform ETL testing, including data validation, data migration testing, and reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Analyze data flows and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data during ETL processes.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in software testing with strong focus on Salesforce CRM applications.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Strong experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, fields, workflows, and security models.
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing, including data validation, data mapping, and reconciliation techniques.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and querying databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
