Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and hands-on experience in telecom industry implementations. The ideal candidate will work across the full telecom sales lifecycle, leveraging Vlocity tools such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to deliver high‑quality solutions.
What You Will Do
- Work on Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) implementations for telecom clients.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud modules including leads, opportunities, accounts, and forecasting.
- Design and build telecom processes using OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Implement telecom product catalog, CPQ (pricing, discounts, bundles), and asset-based ordering.
- Manage order capture and order management flows.
- Work with telecom data models including accounts, subscribers, and assets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline B2B/B2C telecom sales lifecycle processes.
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, and best‑practice architecture.
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity):
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- Experience with Vlocity Telecom Data Models (accounts, subscribers, assets).
- Good understanding of telecom product catalog, CPQ, and order management.
- Knowledge of:
- B2B & B2C telecom sales lifecycle
- Subscriber lifecycle
- Multi-level account hierarchy
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
