Job details:
6+ years of experience in Testing Salesforce Applications.
- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Admin/configuration activities.
- Experience working on Agile projects.
- Good functional knowledge of Sales and Service Clouds
- Experience testing data migrations into Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication, client facing and problem-solving skills.
- Team management, good team player, proactive and quick learner.
- Experience using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification is good to have.
- Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Minimum expectation of a bachelor's degree OR equivalent education/experience, Salesforce.com certification preferred
- Team player with a positive “Can-do” attitude
- Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality
Preferred Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
Roles & Responsibilities
Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.
- Experience in testing Salesforce platform is required.
- Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications.
- Should be able to devise QA strategy for Salesforce based application.
- Experience working in Agile projects.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Should have experience in functional, integration and regression testing skills.
Must have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration and user acceptance testing; including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems.
