Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce implementations, ensuring high product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing on Salesforce applications.
- Test Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Lightning components.
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to create test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute manual test cases and log defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Validate Apex classes, Triggers, Workflows, Flows, Process Builder, and integrations.
- Conduct API testing for Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across Salesforce objects.
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to resolve defects.
- Participate in Sprint ceremonies, UAT support, and release validations.
- Contribute to test planning, estimation, and QA documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing / QA.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Experience testing Lightning Experience & Classic UI.
- Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL for backend data validation.
- Hands-on experience with Test Management & Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Good understanding of integration testing (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
