Salesforce QA Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications to join our growing team! Immediate joiners preferred
Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who will play a key role in validating Salesforce implementations, ensuring high product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
1.Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing on Salesforce applications
2.Test Salesforce modules – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & custom Lightning components
3.Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical designs to create test scenarios & cases
4. Execute manual testing and log defects via JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
5.Validate Apex Classes, Triggers, Workflows, Flows & Process Builder
6.Conduct API testing for external integrations Perform data validation across Salesforce objects
7.Collaborate with developers, admins & business analysts on defect resolution
8.Support Sprint ceremonies, UAT & release validations
9.Contribute to test planning, estimations & QA documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 4+ years of Salesforce Testing / QA experience
2.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture & data model
3.Experience testing Lightning Experience & Classic UI Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL for backend validation
4.Hands-on with Test Management & Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, etc.) 5.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology Understanding of REST/SOAP API integration testing
