We are hiring a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer (Service Cloud + AccelQ) for a remote engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce testing with strong expertise in Service Cloud workflows, case management, and automation frameworks. You will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end test strategies using AccelQ, ensuring high-quality releases across Salesforce applications.
Key responsibilities include building scalable test automation suites, validating integrations, APIs, and UI workflows, and collaborating with developers, admins, and business stakeholders. Hands-on experience with AccelQ codeless automation, Salesforce Lightning components, and regression testing is essential. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, defect management tools, and Agile methodologies is required.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup are crucial. Salesforce certifications and prior experience in Service Cloud implementations will be an added advantage.
