Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning framework.
- Customize and extend Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business requirements.
- Build reusable, scalable, and responsive UI components using LWC.
- Implement business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and schedulers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to best practices related to security, scalability, and governor limits.
- Support deployments, releases, and post-production issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps processes.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience customizing and extending Experience Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
