What You'll Do:
- Translate complex business requirements into powerful Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
- Lead pre-sales activities: solution design, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and product demonstrations
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce functionalities and ensure seamless delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning technology solutions with strategic business objectives
- Stay ahead of the curve with Salesforce product roadmaps and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 7-10 years of overall experience with 6+ years as a Salesforce BSA
- 3+ years in pre-sales: solution design, proposals, customer demos, and client engagement
- Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Salesforce Certifications (mandatory)
- Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
