Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Pre-Sales Lead/Salesforce Architect, based in Noida. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to provide pre-sales technical expertise, crafting effective Salesforce solutions tailored to customer needs, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include designing Salesforce architecture solutions, evaluating business requirements, conducting technical workshops, writing detailed proposals, and supporting the sales cycle. Additionally, the role requires offering technical mentorship to team members and ensuring compliance with company best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Experience with designing end-to-end Salesforce architecture, custom application development, and system integrations
- Strong pre-sales expertise, including requirement gathering, crafting solutions, and creating technical proposals
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Experience in preparing detailed technical documentation and architecture blueprints
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Application Architect are preferred
- Familiarity with AI and its applications in Salesforce is an added advantage
- Self-driven and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
