Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This strategic role will serve as the technical authority for Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with business and technical teams to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.
As a Salesforce Platform Architect, you’ll be responsible for the architectural roadmap, technical governance, and integration strategy for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy
- Define the Salesforce platform strategy, technical architecture, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Design scalable, high-performance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Communication Cloud, CPQ and custom apps.
- Evaluate and select the right technologies, patterns, and frameworks for building Salesforce solutions.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, admins, and project teams.
- Review solution designs, data models, and integration architectures.
- Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, Security and governance.
Integration & Data
- Lead the architecture of system integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Define and implement enterprise-level data models, data governance, and API management strategies.
Security & Performance
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Develop monitoring, error-handling, and alerting strategies for long-term platform health.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business functions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architectural role.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, APIs, etc.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions at scale.
- Strong background in system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft).
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (ideally both).
Preferred:
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.

- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
