About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce OmniStudio & LWC Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Architect and Founding Team on designing and building scalable digital experiences, enterprise workflows, and industry-focused Salesforce solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and modern Salesforce development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and LWC
- Build and maintain OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
- Develop reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) aligned with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with Architects and Founding Team on technical design and implementation strategy
- Work on Salesforce platform customizations, integrations, and automation workflows
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution planning
- Optimize performance, maintainability, and scalability of Salesforce applications
- Support deployment activities and production issue resolution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, PMs, and business stakeholders
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- OmniStudio
- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- Integration Procedures
- DataRaptors
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce APIs & Integrations
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Service Cloud is preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant / Developer certification preferred
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Exposure to healthcare, telecom, or digital transformation projects is an added advantage
