Priority 1- Ncino Tech Lead
Experience: 7+ years
Location: Gurugram - 5 days from office
The Salesforce/nCino Developer will create well-structured technical design for the assigned user story / task by carefully considering the existing implementation and think from the customer’s perspective.
Job Responsibilities
o Should have more than 8+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce /nCino
o Analyse User Stories, understand requirements and raise concern(s) over technical and functional gaps OR unaddressed scenarios (if any)
o Provide accurate estimates for user stories.
o Create well-structured technical design for the assigned user story / task by carefully considering the existing implementation and thinking from customer’s perspective.
o Develop salesforce platform based good quality, simple, maintainable, highly optimized and extendable solution which is compliant to Oaknorth's Coding / Config Best Practices
o Perform unit testing of the developed functionality and make sure that it should have negligible functional and technical errors.
o Develop Test Classes with optimum code coverage as per Salesforce defined best practices and Oaknorth's defined specifications.
o Resolve discovered bugs in an efficient manner in first iteration only.
o Proactively communicate progress and risks to relevant stakeholders
o Create documentation such as design documents, specifications etc.
o Help teammates on technical and other aspects, as and when needed.
o Should be flexible to extend working hours in critical phases.
Mandatory Skills
o 8+ years of total and relevant experience
o Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
o Capable of working on multiple fronts
o Capable of meeting strict timelines
o Well versed with nCino and Commercial lending domain.
o Well versed with Lightning Framework, Lightning App Builder.
o Well versed with Apex Classes, Aura Components, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce and JavaScript
o Well versed with Salesforce Platform Events, CDC, REST and SOAP based API integrations
o Well versed with Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Process Builder and Workflows
o Well versed with CI/CD - GitHub
o Well versed with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
o Well versed with Salesforce Data import and export.
o Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
o Experience developing with VSCode
Desired Skills
o Experience working with nCino
o Knowledge of Apex Enterprise Patterns and Apex Design Patterns
o Working knowledge of Salesforce Digital Experience - Communities / Sites
o Working knowledge of Lightning Design System
o Certifications - Salesforce Platform Developer I and II
