Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Lead
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Lead with 9+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end marketing automation initiatives, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio, managing data extensions, and ensuring seamless integrations with CRM systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign strategies, analyze performance metrics, and optimize customer experiences. Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing is required.
Experience in stakeholder management, team leadership, and Agile methodologies is essential. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
