We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation and ensure effective campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and enhancements
* Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Design and execute campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
* Manage data segmentation and audience targeting
* Integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance
* Troubleshoot issues and provide support
Required Skills
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio
* Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and data handling
* Understanding of marketing automation workflows
* Good communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
* Experience with integrations and personalization
