We’re Hiring: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (WhatsApp & AI Focus)
We’re on the lookout for a
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who can build powerful, real-time customer engagement experiences—especially through
WhatsApp and conversational journeys. If you enjoy blending marketing automation with AI-driven interactions, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Work On
- Implement and manage WhatsApp integrations via Marketing Cloud
- Build conversational customer journeys using Journey Builder
- Configure MobileConnect / WhatsApp Business API integrations
- Develop triggered messaging & event-based communication flows
- Design and manage Data Extensions & segmentation strategies
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM (near real-time sync)
- Connect with external APIs for scalable communication systems
- Support AI-driven workflows using Agentforce (chat automation, response flows)
- Monitor campaign delivery, engagement & performance metrics

What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong exposure to WhatsApp integrations & conversational messaging
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Platform & Agentforce
- Experience in real-time integrations and customer engagement systems
- Problem-solver mindset with focus on scalability and performance
