We design and implement scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (CDP) solutions that unify customer profiles, enable event-driven journeys, and power personalized omnichannel campaigns. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in India.
About The Role
Virtual Connect Solutions is hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on Data Cloud experience to build, integrate, and optimise end-to-end marketing automation and customer-data solutions. You will work closely with marketing, data engineering, and Salesforce teams to translate business use-cases into production-grade implementations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and build Marketing Cloud assets: emails, templates, dynamic content, and triggered sends using AMPScript and SSJS.
- Implement Journey Builder and Automation Studio solutions for lifecycle, acquisition, and retention campaigns with event-driven orchestration.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems using Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and secure data pipelines.
- Model and activate customer profiles in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP): ingest data, define identity resolution rules, and create segments for activation.
- Author SQL queries, data views, and ETL processes to drive segmentation, frequency caps, and personalization at scale; ensure data quality and governance.
- Participate in code reviews, implement CI/CD best practices (SFDX/Git), and produce implementation documentation and runbooks for production support.
