Position Overview :-
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Developer to design, implement, and optimize real-time personalization and customer engagement solutions. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, data, and engineering teams to deliver tailored customer experiences across web, mobile, and email channels.
Job Location and Address:
This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:

Key Responsibilities:-
Personalization & Development
- Implement and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP/Interaction Studio) for web, mobile, and email channels
- Build and maintain sitemap configurations using JavaScript to capture behavioral data and trigger personalized experiences
- Develop custom recipes, rules, and algorithms to power product/content recommendations
- Create A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance
- Build and manage campaigns, promotions, and Einstein-powered recommendations
Integration & Data
- Integrate MCP with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and third-party platforms via APIs and event streams
- Configure catalog and identity resolution to unify customer profiles across touchpoints
- Implement ETL pipelines and data feeds for product, content, and user attribute ingestion
- Troubleshoot data capture issues, identity stitching, and event tracking
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with marketing and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical personalization strategies
- Provide recommendations on segmentation, audience targeting, and engagement tactics
- Document configurations, integration architectures, and best practices
- Support QA and UAT processes for personalization deployments
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) or similar personalization platforms
- Strong JavaScript proficiency, particularly for sitemap development and web SDK implementation
- Experience with REST APIs and event-driven integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystem — Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions
- Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), identity resolution, and behavioral data capture
- Solid grasp of HTML/CSS for template and experience customization
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analytics interpretation
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (MCP Consultant, Email Specialist, or equivalent)
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) integration
- Familiarity with JSON, SQL, and AMPscript
- Exposure to tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and consent management as it relates to personalization
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or financial services verticals
