Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The consultant will be responsible for providing specialized expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analyzing client requirements, and designing tailored marketing automation solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with stakeholders, developing and optimizing workflows, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and creating comprehensive solution architectures. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting skills to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions
• Proficiency in infrastructure management and application deployment
• Experience in software development and building scalable systems
• Knowledge of system integration and data synchronization techniques
• Expertise in designing and implementing solution architecture
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications or equivalent experience are a plus
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign management strategies is advantageous
