Key Responsibilities
Campaign QA & Validation
● Perform end-to-end quality assurance for marketing campaigns before deployment.
● Validate campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, and campaign structures.
● Verify segmentation logic, dynamic lists, suppression rules, and audience targeting accuracy.
Journey & Automation Testing
● Test Engagement Studio journeys for correct entry criteria, branching logic, triggers, and
workflow conditions.
● Validate automation rules, scoring mechanisms, and lifecycle campaign logic.
● Ensure that marketing automation workflows function as intended throughout campaign
lifecycle stages.
Email Validation & Deliverability Testing
● Validate email templates for accuracy in personalization tokens, dynamic content, and links.
● Conduct cross-device and cross-client rendering tests using tools such as Litmus or Email on
Acid.
● Verify deliverability readiness, suppression handling, unsubscribe functionality, and compliance
with spam regulations.
Campaign Deployment Readiness
● Ensure campaigns are properly configured and ready for launch, including scheduling, asset
linking, and audience targeting.
● Maintain QA checklists and deployment readiness documentation.
● Collaborate with campaign developers to identify and resolve configuration or automation issues
prior to launch.
Post-Deployment Monitoring & Issue Resolution
● Validate campaign performance and automation accuracy after deployment.
● Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues such as workflow failures, segmentation
mismatches, or automation errors.
● Provide recommendations to improve campaign robustness, reliability, and QA processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Marketing Automation Expertise: Proven experience with platforms like Salesforce MCAE
(Pardot) or similar marketing automation systems.
● QA & Testing: Solid understanding of campaign QA processes, test planning, and deployment
validation.
● Email Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with Litmus, Email on Acid, or equivalent tools for
rendering and deliverability testing.
● Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear
cross-team communication abilities.
● Technical Knowledge: Understanding of marketing automation workflows, campaign
segmentation principles, and performance monitoring.
● Documentation & Governance: Ability to maintain thorough QA documentation and ensure
alignment with compliance and governance standards.
Preferred Certifications
● Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
● Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Consultant
