We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, strong coding skills, and experience working in enterprise environments.
🔹
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for scalable and high-performance applications
- Build and customize solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop and maintain Aura Components (where required)
- Work on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud implementations
- Optimize application performance and ensure best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes

Technical Requirements- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) ⭐ (must-have)
- Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Future methods)
- SOQL / SOSL
- Experience with:
- Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Integration tools (MuleSoft / REST services)
- Aura Components (good to have)
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce data model & security model
- Governor limits & performance optimization
- Experience with:
- Git / version control
- CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Preferred Skills- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
- Experience in LWC performance tuning
- Exposure to Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
