Job Description: 10 HDC3B Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, all while maintaining a focus on quality and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for troubleshooting applications.- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
