About the role
As a Lead User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. You will work closely with the product and design teams to uncover insights that inform the product roadmap and design decisions. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing user research plans, leading user research sessions, analyzing and synthesizing research findings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into design recommendations, and mentoring junior researchers. The ideal candidate should have strong user research skills, experience with a variety of research methods, and the ability to communicate research insights effectively.
