Mandatory Skills (Strict Screening Criteria)- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) – Minimum 4 Years
- Experience Cloud – Minimum 4 Years
- Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods)
- SOQL
- Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Tooling API)
- Data Modelling & Integration Patterns
- Leadership / Team Management – Minimum 4 Years
Core Responsibilities- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment
- Design scalable solutions aligned with business requirements
- Drive integrations with external systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure code quality, testing, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing Salesforce applications
Technical Competencies- Strong proficiency in Apex and SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Tooling API)
- Solid understanding of data modelling, platform limits, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Framework and JavaScript (Angular / AngularJS / jQuery)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development patterns and multi-tenant architecture
Additional Requirements- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Experience Cloud (Implementation & Integration)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in leadership / team management role
