Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and integration projects. This role demands strong expertise in Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC) along with leadership capabilities to mentor and guide teams.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- 4+ years of Experience Cloud implementation & integration
- 4+ years in leadership / team management roles
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future Methods) & SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Tooling API)
- Solid understanding of data modelling, platform limits & integrations
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Framework & JavaScript (Angular/AngularJS/jQuery)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture & development best practices
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementations end-to-end
- Design scalable and high-performance solutions
- Drive system integrations
- Mentor and guide development teams
- Ensure code quality, testing & optimization
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications
Certifications (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Administrator

Education
- B.Tech / B.E. (CS/IT) or MCA
