Positions: Multiple Salesforce Developers & Leads

Role Overview:
We are seeking several experienced Salesforce Developers and Dev Leads with strong expertise in Hands on Salesforce development. We need someone proficient in at least two of the following core skill sets required:
- Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
- Order Management System (OMS)
- Consumer Goods Cloud
- Commerce Cloud
You will be responsible for enhancing Salesforce solutions and designing and developing new solutions for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enhancements, customizations, and new features to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with US-based business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce workflows, integrations, and data management.
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce modules and external systems.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, developers, architects) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Adhere to best practices in Salesforce development, including security, data governance, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation.
- Strong knowledge of at least two of
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
- Salesforce Order Management System (OMS)
- Very strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- High proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Consumer Goods Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).
- Experience working in global teams and time zones.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Salesforce DevOps (Copado) practices.
Work Schedule:
- Must be available to work up to 930/1000 PM IST depending on client/project meeting requirements.
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
