Salesforce Lead (SFDC Lead)
Location: Remote
Experience: 8+ Years
Compensation: Up to ₹35 LPA

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and integration initiatives, with a strong focus on Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components. The role requires both hands-on technical depth and the ability to lead and mentor teams.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Experience Cloud, including implementation and integration
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership or team management role
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
Technical Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods) and SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Tooling API)
- Solid understanding of data modelling, platform limits, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Framework and JavaScript (Angular/AngularJS/jQuery)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development patterns and multi-tenant architecture
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment
- Design scalable solutions aligned with business requirements
- Drive integrations with external systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure code quality, testing, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing Salesforce applications
Certifications (Mandatory)
Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, App Builder, PD1, PD2
Education
B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science/IT) or MCA
