Are you a seasoned Salesforce expert who thrives at the intersection of data, analytics, and AI? We’re looking for a Salesforce Lead (CRMA) with 6–9 years of experience to join our team and drive next-gen, AI-powered CRM solutions.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Lead design and development across Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Build scalable solutions using CRM Analytics (CRMA) – dashboards, datasets, dataflows, and recipes
- Develop advanced analytics using SAQL, SOQL, and JSON-based bindings
- Architect robust data models with strong governance and data quality frameworks
- Integrate with platforms like Data Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, and external APIs
- Drive AI-enabled development using Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, and GitHub Copilot
- Embed AI into SDLC: code generation, testing, reviews, and optimization
- Lead CI/CD practices using SFDX, Git, Copado/Gearset
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in CRMA (SAQL, dashboards, dataflows, recipes)
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations
- Deep understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and analytics pipelines
- Experience in AI-assisted development & prompt engineering
- Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills in complex environments
