Lead/Staff Data Scientist

As a Lead/Staff Data Scientist, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to define and implement data-driven solutions that solve complex business problems. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning and data engineering to build prototypes, develop models, and deploy data products that provide value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with product teams to identify high-impact use cases and define data science initiatives to drive customer success - Build and deploy machine learning models to power innovative data products and features - Develop scalable data engineering pipelines to support model training and inference - Mentor and grow a team of data scientists to maximize the impact of our data science efforts - Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning and apply them to our products Qualifications: - Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field - 8+ years of experience as a data scientist or machine learning engineer - Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques - Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other data science languages - Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and cloud data warehouses - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills - Passion for building innovative data products that drive customer success
