We are looking for an experienced Salesforce L2 Consultant with strong development expertise to join our team!
Location: Bengaluru – Whitefield (Work From Office)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Role Overview
Seeking a hands-on Salesforce professional who can interact with clients, understand business requirements, and deliver scalable solutions while handling L2 support & development tasks (tickets-based work).
Key Requirements
Strong experience in Salesforce platform (Development + L2 Support)
Hands-on experience working on tickets (incident handling, enhancements, bug fixes)
Experience in end-to-end implementation & migration projects
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
Knowledge of CPQ & Revenue Cloud concepts
Hands-on with Apex, LWC, SOQL
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration (security, roles, data management)
Experience with automation tools (Flow, Workflow, Process Builder)
Responsibilities
Handle L2 support activities (tickets, incidents, enhancements)
Design, configure & support Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with clients to gather and translate requirements
Manage integrations with external systems
Troubleshoot issues and ensure continuous system improvements
Maintain documentation & follow Salesforce best practices
