Role Description

This is an unpaid internship role for a Salesforce Intern at SOTT ACADEMY. The intern will work on-site at our Chennai location. Responsibilities include assisting with Salesforce implementation, troubleshooting and debugging processes, managing data within the Salesforce platform, supporting the development of customized solutions, and providing documentation and reporting on project tasks. Interns will work closely with team members to learn and apply the best practices in Salesforce administration and development.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, tools, and functionalities
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team and across various departments
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies quickly
• Enrollment in a relevant bachelor's program such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• Experience with CRM systems or Salesforce certifications is a plus
