Job Title: Salesforce Higher Education Cloud Consultant (CRM Strategy Assessment)

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Higher Education Cloud Consultant to support a CRM Strategy Assessment engagement with a leading university in the United States.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Higher Education Cloud and the ability to bridge business needs with platform capabilities. This role requires strong consulting skills to map functional and business requirements to Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions and recommend areas for customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess CRM strategy and align it with Salesforce Higher Education Cloud capabilities
- Connect business and functional requirements with out-of-the-box modules in Higher Education Cloud
- Identify gaps and recommend custom solutions where necessary
- Provide best practice guidance for Salesforce Higher Education Cloud implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand university processes and requirements
Required Skills
- 6–7 years of Salesforce experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Higher Education Cloud / Education Cloud
- Experience in CRM strategy assessment and consulting
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture
- Experience working with Higher Education institutions or universities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Education Data Architecture (EDA)
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
