Key Responsibilities - Lead and support Salesforce Health Cloud / FSC implementations
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Perform fit-gap analysis and propose optimal solutions
- Configure Salesforce modules including:
- Data model, objects, fields, workflows
- Profiles, roles, and sharing rules
- Lightning components and page layouts
- Work on industry-specific features:
- Health Cloud: Patient management, care plans, clinical data
- FSC: Financial accounts, householding, client onboarding
- Collaborate with technical teams for:
- Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Data migration and system enhancements
- Support UAT, SIT, and go-live activities
- Prepare functional documents (BRD, FDD, user stories)
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience in:
- Salesforce Health Cloud OR Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder / Flow)
- Security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
- Experience in:
- Data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)
- Reports and dashboards
- Good understanding of industry processes:
- Healthcare workflows (for Health Cloud)
- Banking/Insurance workflows (for FSC)
