Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and govern Apex code, integrations, Flows, automations, and AppExchange implementations.
- Perform regular org health assessments and recommend improvements to maintain platform stability and scalability.
- Monitor Salesforce environments for configuration drift, security risks & technical debt.
- Establish and maintain governance processes, standards, and operating procedures.
- Configure and maintain Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies, and other sharing settings.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities related to data access and platform configuration.
- Plan and execute data masking activities for sandbox environments to protect sensitive information.
- Review Salesforce seasonal release updates and assess their impact on existing implementations.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure controlled and compliant deployments.
- Identify obsolete configurations, unused metadata, legacy automation, duplicate components, and inefficient customizations.
- Identify risks related to governor limits, code quality, security, and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Role Hierarchy, Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
- Experience working with Salesforce governance and health assessment tools like: ApexGuru, Security Center Center, and Org Check.
- Knowledge of sandbox provisioning, environment management, and deployment processes.
- Understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices, including Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce governor limits.
- Familiarity with Salesforce seasonal releases, critical updates, and impact assessment processes.
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce governor limits.
- Experience with data masking, data governance, and protecting sensitive data across Salesforce environments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
- Experience working with external vendors and system integrators in complex delivery environments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Salesforce release management.
- Ensure sandbox data aligned with organizational security and privacy policies.
