The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will serve as the functional authority for Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud, driving impactful service lifecycle transformation projects. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, while developing your skills to deliver quality work and build meaningful client connections. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, enhancing your technical proficiency and personal brand in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional authority for Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud
- Drive service lifecycle transformation projects to enhance client engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes
- Develop and refine technical skills to deliver quality solutions
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Functional BA in Salesforce ecosystems
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology preferred
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and/or Service Cloud
- Minimum 1 years of experience in QA processes including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Demonstrating hands-on experience with Salesforce FSL
- Excelling in service lifecycle and case management
- Leading requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Writing clear user stories and QA test cases
- Collaborating effectively in Agile/Scrum environments
- Managing stakeholder relationships with distinction
- Supporting data mapping and integration needs
- Experience with QA tools such as Salesforce Test Center
