As a Salesforce FSL- Senior Associate, you will leverage your broad consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Your role will be pivotal in enabling clients to reach their goals through effective use of Salesforce applications.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India offers the chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning to deliver tailored solutions
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations
- Leading the design and implementation of enterprise software and technology integration projects
- Applying analytical thinking and business process modeling to identify and address client challenges
- Embracing emerging technologies and innovative design to drive technology innovation
- Supporting enterprise integration and systems project management to enhance client outcomes
- Building meaningful client connections and managing complex situations to deliver quality solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations
- Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within client-focused environments
