The Opportunity

supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business
Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive
services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also
participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and
professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will analyze complex problems and
manage workstreams to deliver exceptional client solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will
mentor junior team members, maintain professional standards, and build meaningful client
relationships while navigating ambiguity and complexity.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written profciency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- Degree in BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech
- Signifcant implementation experience with Salesforce Field Service
- Collaborating with stakeholders for technical designs
- Customizing Salesforce Field Service functionalities
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems
- Enhancing resource scheduling and dispatching
- Developing custom reports and dashboards
- Conducting thorough testing and debugging
- Familiarity with integration platforms and data management
