We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce FSC Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in financial services, strong technical leadership, and hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms. Experience with Agentforce is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and design robust, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.
- Drive integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and developers.
- Manage releases, deployments, and environment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and data security standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in Salesforce.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agentforce (highly preferred).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
- Domain experience in banking, wealth management, or insurance.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation within Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
