About Pinnacle Group
Pinnacle Group is a global workforce solutions and technology organization with a long-standing history of helping businesses improve how they operate, scale, and engage talent. We combine deep functional expertise, technology, and process innovation to solve complex business challenges across workforce solutions, professional services, and corporate operations. As we continue expanding our use of Salesforce, automation, and AI, we are investing in technology that simplifies work, improves productivity, and creates more connected experiences across our global organization.
Summary
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Salesforce Flow & Workflow Consultant to serve as an internal consultant across Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and other business functions. This role will work directly with stakeholders to uncover process pain points, identify root causes, challenge inefficient workflows, and design better ways of working before translating those solutions into Salesforce automation. The ideal candidate combines strong business-process consulting and critical-thinking skills with the hands-on ability to independently design, build, test, and optimize Salesforce Flow solutions. This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or strategy-only Revenue Operations position.
Job Description
- Lead discovery sessions with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and other business teams to understand current workflows, identify pain points, and uncover the root causes behind process inefficiencies.
- Analyze existing processes several layers beyond the initial business request, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and recommend scalable future-state workflows rather than simply automating existing processes.
- Design and independently build Salesforce Flow automations from initial concept through configuration, testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous optimization.
- Build and optimize workflows involving lead routing, assignment logic, lifecycle management, approvals, handoffs, notifications, escalations, SLAs, opportunity processes, and other GTM or operational workflows.
- Diagnose and repair existing Salesforce workflows and routing logic by identifying process gaps, configuration issues, exceptions, and downstream business impacts.
- Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, Sales Cloud functionality, validation logic, assignment processes, and related declarative capabilities.
- Establish measurable success criteria for workflow improvements and evaluate results through metrics such as productivity, response time, SLA attainment, conversion, cycle time, data quality, adoption, and reduction in manual effort.
- Evaluate opportunities to incorporate Agentforce, Einstein AI, and other AI capabilities into workflows where they can deliver meaningful business value.
- Partner with stakeholders throughout UAT, rollout, training, and adoption while maintaining clear documentation of process logic, business rules, decision points, and implemented solutions.
- Serve as a trusted internal consultant who can move comfortably between business conversations and hands-on Salesforce implementation while clearly explaining what was changed, why it was changed, and the resulting business impact.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience independently designing and building workflow automation using Salesforce Flow / Flow Builder, preferably within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience leading business-process discovery, requirements gathering, or consulting sessions and translating operational pain points into scalable workflow solutions.
- Demonstrated experience building or improving GTM processes such as lead routing, lead assignment, lead lifecycle management, opportunity workflows, approvals, handoffs, SLA management, or similar business processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and declarative Salesforce capabilities, with sufficient administration knowledge to independently implement business-process automation.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about existing processes, identify root causes, challenge inefficient approaches, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions based on business needs rather than simply configuring requested changes.
- Ability to describe completed automation initiatives from discovery through implementation and demonstrate measurable business outcomes such as improved productivity, faster response times, increased SLA attainment, improved conversion, reduced cycle time, or decreased manual effort.
- Experience in Salesforce consulting, GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, CRM transformation, or a similar business-functional environment.
- Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities is preferred; practical workflow and Salesforce Flow expertise is more important than deep AI specialization.
Why Join Pinnacle Group?
This role offers the opportunity to directly influence how work gets done across Pinnacle Group. Rather than supporting a single Salesforce function, you will partner across business teams, investigate meaningful operational challenges, and have the autonomy to turn ideas into working solutions. You will help shape an evolving automation capability where Salesforce, workflow design, and AI can materially improve productivity and business performance while expanding your expertise across technology, consulting, and enterprise operations.
