Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant, located in Hauz Khas. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce FSL solutions to address client needs. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring FSL application features, ensuring proper system integration, and providing training or documentation for end-users. The role also includes staying updated with Salesforce enhancements and aligning the organization’s FSL processes with industry best practices.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL): Implementation, configuration, and optimization skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem: Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • System integration expertise: API integrations, automation tools, and data migration
  • Project management and collaboration skills: Gathering requirements, providing training, and communicating with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving skills: Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Salesforce certifications (like Field Service Lightning Consultant or Administrator) are highly preferred
  • Prior experience in IT consulting or service delivery roles is a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
