Role Summary
FSL Service Cloud, WO and Scheduling
- We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong handson experience in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning FSL specifically around Work Orders Service Appointments schedulingdispatch and endtoend field service operations The candidate will build scalable solutions extend the FSL data model implement scheduling policiesoptimization and deliver highquality automation and integrations in Agile delivery
- Key Responsibilities
- Core Delivery Service Cloud FSL
- Design and develop solutions using Service Cloud FSL centered on Work Orders Work Order Line Items Service Appointments Assets and EntitlementsSLAs
- Configure and extend FSL scheduling dispatch capabilities
- Service Territories Service Resources Skills Operating Hours Travel Policies
- Scheduling Policies Work Rules Objectives and Optimization where applicable
- Dispatcher workflows Gantt and console enhancements configuration andor LWC
- Build and enhance technician workflows on Field Service Mobile including offlineonline behavior forms checklists and guided flows
- Implement automation using Flows validation rules approvals and service process automations aligned to business outcomes
- Build reusable components with Lightning Web Components LWC for service operations dispatch and technician experiences
- Engineering Platform Best Practices
- Develop robust custom logic using Apex Triggers SOQLSOSL and async frameworks BatchQueueableScheduled
- Ensure solutions comply with governor limits performance security and scalability best practices
- Perform code reviews enforce standards and mentor developers on FSL patterns and platform design
- Create and maintain technical documentation LLDs integration specs deploymentrunbooks test evidence
- Integrations Data
- Designbuild integrations with external systems ERPInventoryAssetIoTFSM using RESTSOAP platform events and middleware MuleSoftBoomietc nice to have
- Support data migration and data quality for assets installed base locations products warranties and service history
- Troubleshoot complex defects and production issues provide RCA fixforward plans and preventive measures
- Release Agile Delivery
- Collaborate with BAs QA Architects and Product Owners in AgileScrum
- Support CICD releases using Git DevOps tools CopadoGearsetJenkinsAzure DevOps
- Own sprint deliverables estimates task breakdown technical solutioning and timely delivery

- Resource assignment optimization understanding and configuration

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model Profiles Permission Sets Roles Sharing OWD FLS
- Experience with integrations RESTSOAP error handling logging and monitoring
- Experience with asynchronous processing BatchQueueableFuture for fieldservice use cases
